Eddie Floyd, host of “Nevada Matters” on KKFT 99.1FM recently announced that Mark Gunderson, MD will host a new health-focused, spin-off of the “Nevada Matters” talk radio show. The new program, “Health Matters with Dr. Mark Gunderson”, will air on Saturdays from 9:00-9:30pm beginning June 30, 2012.
“On Health Matters, Dr. Gunderson will explore diverse topics and current trends in healthcare, as well as interview expert guests from our area,” Floyd said. “With his unique expertise as an age management and career emergency room physician, Dr. Gunderson is an excellent addition to our programing and we’re very excited to bring his show to our community of listeners.”
“Health Matters with Dr. Mark Gunderson” is a taped radio program, and currently scheduled segment topics include “preventive medicine”, “change your body”, “women’s health”, “senior health”, and more.
