HCG Recipe Spotlight Phase 2 Barbequed Chicken on Spinach

Looking for a quick, flavorful recipe that will still keep you on track to your HCG goals? We found this delicious barbequed flavored chicken, that’s great when topped of a nice bed of calcium-rich spinach.








HCG BBQ Chicken on Spinach 

  • 100 grams Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 tablespoon (here’s a recipe)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 Lemon Wedges

To make this HCG recipe start by seasoning the chicken with black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place chicken in oven safe dish and baked it at 350 degrees, covered for 18-20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove lid and bake for another 10 minutes. (Or until the juices of the chicken run clear) Place fresh baby spinach on plate., remove chicken from oven, top with HCG safe BBQ seasoning.

Place the chicken on top of the spinach with a couple of slices of lemon for squeezing over spinach. This HCG recipe counts as 1 HCG meat, 1 HCG vegetable, and part of your daily-allotted amount of lemon juice.
