HCG Meals

When on the HCG diet, you shouldn’t feel like you are on a ‘diet’. What are most important while on the HCG diet are the lifestyle changes when it comes to your food choices.. Changing your lifestyle habits will not only bring about the best results from your HCG program, it will also help keep the results, which is what we are all striving for. These recipes are great healthy alternatives, whether you are looking to loose weight, or are on the HCG program, they are easy and most importantly, delicious. All recipes are from phase 2 of the plan.


Beef Enchilada- HCG Friendly


Serve with a big salad or veggie on the side for the perfect meal.



1 Tbsp.water

1 Tbsp.onion, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 can diced Tomatoes

1/2 tsp.basil

1/2 tsp.oregano

1/2 tsp.chili Powder

1 tsp.cumin


3 ounces of beef (or chicken)cooked and shredded.


Sautéonion in water about 2 minutes. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute more. Add diced tomatoes and spices, mix and let simmer 5-10 minutes to thicken. Mix in cooked, shredded beef or chicken, let simmer a few minutes more to heat the meat, and serve.



Broccoli Chicken Stir Try

Delicious and very filling!



3.5 oz.chicken Breast (I use 2 tenders)

10 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed

1.5 cups broccoli (I use fresh)

2 Tbsp.water

1 Tbsp. Bragg’s Liquid Aminos


Steam broccoli for just about 2 minutes to slightly cook it. Stir-fry chicken tenders in water until about half done, add garlic and finish cooking chicken. Add broccoli and Bragg’s, stirring to coat. Serve.




Chicken Soup

This is a perfect chilly weather comfort food. Easy to make in bulk so you have leftovers.



3.5 oz.chicken breast, diced

1/2 cupcelery, sliced

1/2 small onion, diced

1 cup fat-free chicken broth

Water, to taste

1 tsp.oregano

1 tsp.basil

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder



Heat chicken broth in saucepan. Add onion and celery and cook for about 5 minutes. Add seasonings and chicken, let simmer until chicken is done. Taste and add water as needed until it’s just right.
