An HCG Meal

When starting the HCG plan, it can often seem daunting having to change your eating plans as well as the foods you can eat. Like anything new, it can be hard to start, especially when the eating concepts are completely new to you. We have complied a few recipes to make an entire meal for you- and the best part is, it isn’t a typical “diet” meal. Whether you are eating alone, or making dinner for the family, everyone will be able to enjoy this meal. Cooking separate meals for one person isn’t always convenient or as cost effective, so, we are happy to share recipes everyone can enjoy! Happy cooking, and more importantly, happy eating!
